I’m not talking about Amazon-style marketplace flywheels. I mean the kind of flywheel you can design into any online platform — even if you don’t sell products.
Take a coaching platform I advised recently.They didn’t have big budgets or tech. But what they did have was a small but passionate group of coaches helping clients get results.
So we built the flywheel around that:

Turned into story content →
Attracted new coach applicants →
Created more niche offerings →
Drove better matching + results →
↺ back to step 1 — and the loop grows stronger each time.
They weren’t pushing growth. The platform started pulling it.
And here’s the part I wish more founders knew:
