Entrepreneurs. Managers. Leaders. It smells like a members only club! EVERYONE should be encouraged to start his own business or follow her own belief or lead initiatives. Not just some rare breed that self-identifies as entrepreneurs, managers or leaders. There’s a new group of people out there starting business, managing projects and leading others. Yet they never think of themselves as entrepreneurs, managers or leaders. They just doing what they love on their own terms. And getting paid for it. So let’s replace those words with something more down to earth. Starters. Anyone who creates a new business, manages projects THEIR way, leads others, create solutions, make the world a better place is a starter. You don’t need an MBA, a certificate or a fancy suit. You just need an idea, a touch of confidence and a push to get started. Figure out the problem and the value of its solution. Start making something. Create something YOU’D want. The easiest most straightforward way to make a great product or service is to make something you would want to use. THAT lets you design what you know. And you figure out immediately whether or not you’re making is any good. Build products and services your customers can use and want to buy. There’s no need for focus groups or market studies or middle men. When you build a product or service you make the call on hundreds of decisions everyday.
